These terms apply to Saboten Budou LLC, doing business as Saboten Kenjutsu ("we" or "us"), a Japanese martial arts school in Phoenix, Arizona. Membership terms are set out in the membership agreement each member signs. The section below covers our text messages.
SMS Terms
Saboten Budou LLC, doing business as Saboten Kenjutsu, sends text messages to people who have agreed to receive them.
How you sign up
Our trial class booking form has two separate, optional boxes: one for class texts and one for offers. You can agree to either, both or neither. Consent to receive text messages is not required to book a class or buy a membership.
What we send
Class texts: trial and class reminders, schedule changes and closures.
Offers: event announcements, promotions and follow-up about joining.
You receive only the kinds you agreed to.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
To stop: reply STOP at any time. You will receive one message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages after that. To rejoin, reply START.

Delivery
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your privacy
